HP bought VoodooPC in 2006. The company specialised in very high-end machines for obsessive gamers. It has run as a separate unit for the last two years. Voodoo founder Rahul Sood said on his blog: "it means that Voodoo and Voodoo-influenced products will be easier to buy, faster to get, they will feature local service, and they will have the full power of HP’s marketing and sales channel behind them." Sood said the move was always planned but was happening sooner than expected because of "overwhelmingly positive response over our latest products". 8 comments posted — Comment period finished Another indie bites the dustPosted: 14:47 24th July 2008 @Another indie bites the dustPosted: 17:04 24th July 2008 HP Or Dell???Posted: 18:00 24th July 2008 Re IndiePosted: 18:17 24th July 2008 it's an eco systemPosted: 21:22 24th July 2008 |
