Lenovo has revised its ultra-skinny ThinkPad X300 notebook for the Centrino 2 age, revamping the machine's spec and renaming it the X301. The new model comes with a choice of one of Intel's latest 45nm ultra-low voltage Core 2 Duo processors clocked at 1.2GHz and 1.4GHz. Both have 6MB of L2 cache and sit on a 1066MHz frontside bus. ![]() Lenovo's ThinkPad X301: now with Centrino 2 They also come with up to 2GB of DDR 3 memory, and 128GB of solid-state storage.
